Lower School
Students experience a gentle introduction to EOTC by way of; Gardening Nature walks Seed collection Camping (their first of several throughout the EOTC programme) Playing night games at camp
Middle School
Building on the (now) established foundation from the Lower School curriculum, EOTC experiences gain in momentum; Aquatics – visit to a Marine Reserve for snorkeling Adventure Camping – hut making, tenting, out-door cooking Low rope climbing - Guthrie Smith Outdoor Education Camp at Tutira Olympics Camp – with other Steiner schools from around New Zealand, Class 5 will learn games as played by the Ancient Greeks Caving – at Waitomo Outdoor Adventure Camp Tree planting City Trip to Wellington
Senior School
Classes 8 to 12 continue their EOTC curriculum, challenging students in activities and environments that extend their personal comfort zones and culminating in the Rite of Passage Odyssey experienced before graduation;

Class 8 - Aquatics – snorkeling, surfing, canoeing and canoe polo, water polo, kayaking, rafting and raft making, lifesaving, waka, windsurfing, Tree planting, High ropes, Bush survival, Tramping and outdoor cooking, ‘Adventure’ racing and Orienteering
Class 9 - Work week at a local farm ‘Triple Peaks’ camp at the central North Island mountains Class exchange with Raphael House Rudolf Steiner School Wellington Forge work Basket weaving and ‘Adventure’ racing

Class 10 - Marae Week – carving, Maori Taunga, Pacific Island culture, mass catering and hangi Class exchange with Raphael House Rudolf Steiner School Survey Camp
Class 11 - Ski Camp – Mount Lyford (South Island), students must fundraise themselves to finance this unique experience
Class 12 - Odyssey Camp – for example; Marlborough Sounds trip incorporating kayaking around the Sounds, rafting, mountain biking, tramping
